"Come For
The Vibes,
Stay For
The Healing"
A message from the founder
What's up Tribe?! I am so happy you're here... I am really am. I know firsthand how difficult this life can get, sometimes making it hard to press on. No matter what brought you here, I am happy you're reading this.
If you have come to find a textbook therapist, a master yogi or Ghandi-- you are definitely in the wrong place. I am more than willing to direct you where you need to go, but simply put "this ain't it". However, if you're interested in a "down-to earth" and authentic approach to addressing all the "stuff" that comes with this life-- welcome to my crib.
You can learn more about who I am & what we can offer below. If you have questions please don't hesitate to slide into the DM's and reach out!
